The Ventura County Fire Department serves a unique cross-section of communities, each with its own history, landmarks and cultures. The personnel staffing the stations around Ventura County take great pride in both the fire department they represent, and the citizens they serve. As a result, many of the department’s 33 stations have designed special station patches to commemorate their relationship to the neighborhood, community or area they serve.
Unfortunately, due to the enormous number of requests we receive for patches, we are unable to commit the time, expense and taxpayer resources to fulfill them. We do hope you will enjoy seeing the diversity of patches and, from them, gaining some insight into the diversity of Ventura County as well.
Some of the patches are available for purchase by visiting the Ventura County Professional Firefighters Association. Thank you for your understanding.
