Public Records Requests

In the interest of promoting transparency and accountability, VCFD makes a wide range of public records available in our offices and online. Please use the links below to help guide you through the process of requesting specific records. If you have questions or concerns, contact the Custodian of Records Office at (805) 383-4718 or email firepublicrecords@ventura.org. Office hours are 8–11 a.m. and 1–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, except holidays.

The Authorization for Use & Disclosure of Protected Health Information and Records form must be fully executed with this request and submitted by U.S. mail, in person, or secure email before records with medical information are searched for and provided.
