Fire Station 30 serves the central portion of the City of Thousand Oaks.  It is also the headquarters for Division 3 and Battalion 3.  Battalion 3 commands the Conejo Valley area. The station was built in 1974 on what was originally the Janss Ranch and part of the Los Robles Golf Course. In addition to the chief officers, 3 firefighters staff Fire Station 30; assigned to Engine 30. The battalion chief has a command vehicle (Battalion 3). Also located at this station are Squad 30 and Brush Engine 330.
