Station 43

Fire Station 43 serves the eastern end of the City of Simi Valley and the unincorporated areas of the Knolls and Box Canyon. The station originally started in the mid 1940’s in the Susana Knolls area on Cypress Street. In May of 2010, ground was broken on new Station 43 located on Los Angeles Avenue moving it closer to concentration of the public it serves. In October of 2011, the new station went into service. The Yosemite Fire Station is staffed daily by three firefighters and houses Medic-Engine 43; Brush Engine 343; and Utility Pickup 43.
